Deacon’s Ministry

The Deacons Ministry strives to provide ministry to each family and member of the church. The AGBC congregation will be divided by alphabet into flocks in an effort to serve the growing membership at Amazing Grace Bible Church.  Each flock consists of a deacon, deaconess and a lay leader. Mission Statement:   The Harvest Ministry is committed to ministering to the needs of "the lost at any cost."   Our goal is to make kingdom connections by ministering to all, regardless of race, culture, and social status. We stand on the principle that is set forth in II Peter 3:9 that God wants no man to perish, but have everlasting life.   We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to lead the unbeliever to repentance, salvation, and a relationship with the savior of Jesus Christ. The Harvest Ministry accomplishes these goals by street witnessing, providing prayer and assistance in a Word-centered church, and meeting spiritual and physical community needs through outreach.

The mission of this ministry is to provide Biblically - based principles, holistic, Christian instruction, fellowship opportunities and a safe haven where the covenant union between a man and a woman shall be nurtured and supported by offering relevant, structured and practical Godly solutions to the daily issues of life.

The Christian Education Ministry is committed to providing Biblically-based education that will equip and empower an AGBC disciple to live for Jesus Christ as one sure of his faith, disciplined in his stewardship, committed to service and passionate about the evangelism of the lost.   Our goal is to provide overall educational planning and unified direction to all ministries so that each person in the body is being admonished and taught with wisdom in order to present everyone complete in Christ (Colossians1:29).

The New Members Ministry welcomes and assimilates new disciples into the AGBC family by providing ongoing follow-up, membership orientation and intentional guidance to their path of service. Mathew 28:19-20.

The mission of the AGBC Women’s Ministry Domestic Violence Initiative is to end domestic violence in the lives of the members of our congregation and community. We acknowledge that domestic violence is not a private family matter, but a community issue. Our goal is to ignite social change through education and empower victims through support and the referral of resources.

The purpose of the Music & Worship Ministry is to impart ministry that glorifies the taught Word of God through music, dance, and drama. The group of psalmists, musicians, worship leaders, dancers, and dramatists usher God's people beyond the veil into the presence of His glory.
